Step 1: Send your resources (xrays, photos, your story)

Every great smile starts with a conversation. When you contact Smile Center, we don't just put you on a waitlist. We assign a dedicated patient coordinator who speaks English and Spanish fluently.

Here's what we need from you to get started:

Panoramic X-ray (or CBCT scan) – If you don't have one, we can recommend a US imaging center near you for $100-150.

3-4 intraoral photos – Close-ups of your teeth from front, left, right, and top/bottom.

Your smile goals – Do you want Hollywood white veneers? A fixed hybrid on implants? Just one painful tooth saved with a root canal and crown?

Just email these resources or send them via WhatsApp. It takes 5 minutes.

Step 2: We Study the Case (our teams review)

Within 24-48 hours, our prosthodontist reviews your case personally. This isn't a junior assistant glancing at your X-ray. The doctor who will actually perform your procedure analyzes:

Bone height and density (critical for dental implants Los Algodones)

Tooth and gum health (do you need a deep cleaning before veneers?)

Bite alignment (will a crown crack if we don't adjust your bite?)

We also check for red flags: untreated gum disease, sinus issues (for upper implants), or insufficient bone that might require a graft. If we spot something concerning, we tell you before you travel. No surprises.

Step 3: We reply with Graphics and Detailed Plan

Travel guide – Recommended hotels within walking distance, border crossing hours, what to bring, and who to call if you need anything.

Step 4: You Approve, book, and Travel.

Once you're happy with the plan and price, we schedule your dates. Most treatments fit into:

2 days: Single crowns, veneers (2-6 teeth), fillings

3-4 days: Full smile veneers (8-10 teeth), single implant with crown

5-7 days: All-on-4 dental implants Mexico (surgery day 1, temp teeth day 2, final zirconia by day 5-7)

We'll also coordinate with you on payment. Many patients use credit cards (no foreign transaction fees if you call your bank first), wire transfers, or bring USD cash for a small discount.

We always send detailed confirmations with additional instructions for the day of the appointment. We can also coordinate meeting you on the USA Side of the border, at the airport, etc.

Step 5: Arrive, get treated, go home smiling!

You walk across the border from Andrade, California (park on the US side for $8-10/day) or fly into Yuma, Arizona (15-minute shuttle to the border). Our clinic is a 2-minute walk from the Mexican immigration arch.

From there:

Day 1: CBCT scan, doctor consult, finalize treatment plan, begin work.

Mid-treatment: We show you your temporary restorations and get your approval on shade and shape.

Final delivery: You leave with your permanent smile, written aftercare instructions, and our personal cell phone for questions.
